We invite all applicants to consider their capacity to engage in this programme. Please double check that you are able to attend all in person and virtual sessions (this helps us to ensure that if accepted, you have already confirmed your availability). If anyone in your group has conflicts that will impact their ability to commit to any of the sessions or workload, please share details below (e.g. previously scheduled travel or need for childcare, etc.).*

We have a small fund to support participants with a contribution towards travel, accommodation, childcare or access costs required to participate in the programme. Please let us know if this is something you require, including an estimate of how much you will need through the year and for what.

If this programme seems like a good fit for you at this time, you can apply below by 23.59 (in your time zone) on 12 July 2026. In general, we will not be able to provide extensions to this in order to honour the programme timeline.

Please note, you only need to fill in one form per group.

You will hear back from us by w/b 20 July to arrange a conversation and places will be confirmed by 1 August. We highly encourage you to hold all the dates in your diary in the meantime.

You will find the application questions listed below so you can prepare your answers together in advance. We recommend you set aside 1-2 hours with your team to fill this in together - we are not looking for perfectly written answers, just your honest reflections and sharing.
